Tools like guided meditation, breathing exercises and gentle movement are employed to help manage a variety of everyday issues including stress, anxiety, worry, sleep-issues, pain and more. The goal: to help busy people relax, manage stress, reduce pain and bring a mindful presence to their daily lives. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
