As consumers, it is important for us to become more aware of reading labels and using discernment in the purchasing of products on the shelves. Foods found in the grocery stores today have synthetic chemicals, colors, and preservatives added to them to lengthen their shelf life. In this 2 hour tour, you will learn more about hidden preservatives in grocery store foods and ways to make healthier choices at the grocery store.
