Regular cardiovascular exercise can decrease your risk of cardiac-related problems
and issues related to other chronic diseases. Furthermore, regular cardiovascular exercise for those with a previous cardiac history decreases the likelihood of a second event or intervention.

Please wear closed toe shoes, bring a jacket and wear reading glasses if you need them. Volunteer between 7:30am and 3:30pm.

Boot camp classes include resistance, cardio, core, plyometric and agility drills that are usually incorporated into circuit or interval training. Our small 60 minute classes provide individual attention but with the added benefits of group motivation and accountability (wear athletic shoes and clothing, bring towel and water). Held in Lexington Medical Park 1.
